Terms of Service | Cosnify

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Cosnify (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cosnify.

2. What Cosnify Does

Cosnify is a SaaS product operated by Coznix that helps you build tested Apify Actors and discover opportunities on the Apify marketplace and generate scaffolded Apify actor code using AI. The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Apify, Anthropic, and Supabase, to deliver these features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cosnify.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Cosnify operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Polar.sh) and are consumed when you run analyses or generate actor code.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, failed fulfillment, or payment errors.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 14 days' notice.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination, without limiting any rights you have under applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Actor code and market analyses produced by Cosnify are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and are provided for informational and scaffolding purposes only. We make no guarantee that generated code is complete, production-ready, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any generated code.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or abuse third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.
Attempt to circumvent credit deduction, rate limits, or authentication.
Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable law.
Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cosnify platform, UI, and underlying systems are owned by Coznix and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any actor code you generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs (search queries, URLs) solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data is accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosnify, Coznix, and their founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us at hello@cosnify.app. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination for misuse or violation, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court under applicable law.
